Your Eyemist Gel account keeps everything about your orders in one place — live tracking, addresses, order history and email preferences. Creating one takes under two minutes at checkout or any time from the account icon in the header.
Getting started
1 · Create an account
Click the account icon in the header, choose Create an Account, enter your name, email and a password, then confirm your email.
2 · Sign in
Use your email and password from any device. Forgot the password? The reset link on the sign-in page sends a new one to your inbox.
3 · Your dashboard
The dashboard links to your orders, address book, account details and newsletter preferences — everything below in one view.
Orders & tracking
Every Eyemist Gel order appears under My Orders the moment it is placed. Open an order to see its current status, the items and totals, and — once it ships — the tracking number for door-to-door tracking. US orders ship free and tracked.
You will also get email updates at each step, so checking the account is optional rather than required.
Addresses & personal details
The Address Book stores as many shipping and billing addresses as you need — home, office, family — with one set as default for faster checkout. Add, edit or remove addresses at any time.
Under Account Information you can change your name, email and password. Payment details are never stored in your account — cards are processed by our encrypted payment provider at checkout.
Email preferences
The Newsletter Subscription section controls whether you receive eye-care tips, restock alerts and offers. Tick or untick the box and save — changes apply immediately, and every email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
